St. Louis Magazine
These were a couple illustrations that were done for Women's Health articles in St. Louis Magazine. The first article, Walking the Walk, focuses on the health benefits of walking, and explains the “right” ways to walk for optimal fitness. The second, Dieting By Disposition, was an article on how to lose weight without losing your mind. SLM asked dietitians and a personal trainer to reveal some common diet personality types, and then suggest food plans and exercises tailored to each.
