Katie and Kizzy Kangaroo couldn’t believe their eyes. The mix had changed from a liquid to a solid in front of them! The salt helped lower the temperature so the liquid cream could freeze into solid ice cream.
Kal explained that there is much science in cooking as food changes when things are mixed together, heated, or cooled.
